LEVEL UP is a strength & conditioning program that mixes full-body strength training and sprint movements to deliver amazing workouts every week! Classes will always challenge athletes to push themselves to LEVEL UP!
This is the perfect class for athletes looking for HIGH ENERGY INTERVAL TRAINING without the barbell or technical gymnastics movement patterns typically seen in our CrossFit program SOLA60.
Similar to our SOLA60 program LEVEL UP will include regular Baseline Tests designed to give you a quarterly check-in. You will be able to measure your progress and test your fitness against whatever life throws at you over the course of the year. Classes begin March 22, 2021.
